Description
We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated, professional candidates to fill the position of Site Leader in Sneedville/Hancock County. The Sneedville Site Leader is responsible to lead and manage all aspects of the Hancock County contact center’s day-to-day operations to ensure optimized performance and success of the contact center. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of the contact center by maintaining an organized and welltrained work force as well as a clean and secure work environment. The role is responsible for direct oversite of on-site management to provide them with the tools and real-time support needed to effectively meet ADS and ADS partner expectations. The Site Leader is a supervisory role and a full-time position for which the days and hours may vary from week to week, including nights and weekends. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Residency in Hancock County, TN required
• Self-motivated and directed with effective time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Two (2) or more year management experience in a contact center environment or similar
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Some travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in the roadside assistance industry
• Client Management, program management, or contracting experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
