Tuck's is a small town shop the started in Saugatuck MI. We are now in 3 cities along the Michigan coast. Saugatuck, Traverse City, and Mackinaw City. We are looking for talent to bring into our shops and join our family at Tuck's!
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to supervise, plan and direct all store operations. Coordination with distribution facilities is also required. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and multi-tasking manager who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Store Manager is preferred but not necessary for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and adhere to a moral and ethical code of conduct as related to the safety, health and security of the customers, employees and business.
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenditures.
- Create an environment that supports business growth through good customer service, excellent employee relations, and efficiency in daily operations.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures; comply with all relevant legislation.
- Hire and train new personnel; delegate responsibilities; resolve conflicts between team members.
- Use communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, employees, supervisors, suppliers, customers, clients and other stakeholders.
