Web Developer II
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Assignment Duration: Approx. 9-Weeks (LOA) / W2 Assignment

Position Summary
We are seeking a Web Developer II for a short-term contract engagement to support web development initiatives, digital campaigns, and project execution. This role will focus on developing and enhancing web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), modern front-end technologies, and JIRA administration, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web pages for new product integrations, campaigns, and promotions using AEM templates and components.
- Build responsive, user-friendly layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot performance and rendering issues to ensure consistent experiences across browsers and devices.
- Support web layout enhancements and ongoing website improvements.
- Contribute to the creation, assessment, and validation of project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high-quality results.
- JIRA Administration & Agile Support:
- Recommend, design, and implement standard and custom JIRA workflows.
- Create, configure, and customize JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.
- Leverage JIRA features such as user stories, epics, sprints, and releases.
- Apply Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices to support team and project success.
- Create dashboards, metrics, reports, and advanced filters to provide meaningful operational and performance insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of content management experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 2 years of front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2 years of JIRA administration experience, including user management and workflow configuration.
- Understanding of responsive frameworks such as Tailwind and Bootstrap.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with multiple content management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $35 - $55
