DEPARTMENT: Wellness Court
JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Wellness Court team. This position assists with clerical duties, maintains program records, communicates with participants and stakeholders, and ensures the efficient operation of the office to support the Wellness Court's success.
COMPENSATION: $19.82 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years of experience working in an office environment.
- Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service.
- Two (2) years of experience with confidentiality.
- One (1) year of experience working in corrections, probation, court systems, or a social service field.
- Experience working with Munis or other finance software preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)
- Must not be on probation or in any court programs related to criminal case(s).
- No alcohol and/or drug related criminal conviction(s) within five (5) years.
- Must have never been convicted of any felony crimes.
- Must adhere to The Tulalip Tribal Court Ethics- Code of Conduct Court Employees Policy.
- Employment is contingent upon completing a pre-employment background check
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a contracted position.
