Role Overview :
We are looking for a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the development of advanced tools for RLHF and SFT labeling. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, engineering leaders, program managers, sales leaders, and finance, to define and execute the product strategy for labeling tools that optimize human feedback and supervised training data collection. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the products that allow our talent to train LLMs how to reason, ensuring that they are aligned with real-world needs and capable of continuous improvement through both automated and human-driven feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for RLHF and SFT labeling tools, aligned with the broader AI strategy at Turing.
- Collaborate with delivery, design, engineering, HR, sales and data teams to develop and refine labeling processes, ensuring scalability and high-quality data generation.
- Proactively anticipate product needs with LLM account managers and customers while improving UX via hands-on user research.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-impact products on time.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation in labeling processes while balancing human feedback for model fine-tuning.
- Predict industry trends in AI training, including the latest advancements in RLHF and SFT, to ensure Turing remains at the cutting edge of machine learning technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure product alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on key metrics and user feedback to continually improve labeling tools.
