Turn2Partners is working with a local Real Estate Management and Lending firm in the Multifamily and Affordable Housing market with a Real Estate Analyst(Financial Analyst) role. This Analyst role will provide a variety of support to the FP&A and asset management teams.
They are looking for individuals with 2-5 years of real estate industry experience either in an accounting, development analyst or asset/portfolio management analyst role. Additionally, the ideal individual will have a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, real estate or business related major with real world financial modeling experience.

Position Details:
- Base Compensation $80K - $85K
- Hybrid Arlington VA

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure cash and property transactions are recorded correctly.
- Manage the company’s accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements for properties and the business.
- Support in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Manage the entity registration and maintenance function with registered agent service providers.
- Analyze property accounting and budgeting records and reports with a view to enhancing investment value and maximizing revenue.
- Monitor delivery of pro forma investment benefits (tax credits & passive losses)
- Complete required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting activities including monthly and quarterly operating performance rating reviews.
- Support capital calls with limited or joint partners.
- Develop KPI bench marking for property and project performance.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
