Position Summary:

The Patient Representative provides quality customer service to patients and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the Office Manager.

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or high preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with computers, coding, and medical terminology preferred.
