What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at Two Rivers Country Club?
Two Rivers Country Club is seeking a part-time Food Runner to be part of our team! You will assemble food orders in the kitchen and transport them to the dining areas both indoors and outdoors on our waterfront patio.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and organize prep tickets
- Clean and prepare the runner station for service
- Communicate with the culinary team
- Help servers on the floor when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields preferred but not required
- Available to work 4pm-9pm shift Thursday through Sunday
- Ability to identify menu items and recognize modifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday
