Responsibilities:
- Explain menu items to guests and suggest specials
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Clean and prepare the dining areas for service
- Provide exceptional service while making all members and guests feel welcome
- Use a point-of-sale system to send orders to the kitchen
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to engage respectfully with members, guests and fellow associates
- Previous fine dining serving experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry trays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
