Job Description
Performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with consumer loan servicing with regard to optional product refunds. Completes research for account exceptions to monitor and ensure timeliness of refunds in accordance with state regulations. Completes provider outreach to obtain refund quotes on exception accounts. Completes general ledger research to clear debits and credits. Responds to internal and external customers via Shared Mailbox.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of related experience
- Basic reading, writing, mathematical and calculator skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
