Demonstrated skills to develop and execute upon best in class Talent Production Lines that produce the right talent mix for the business
· Knowledge of job analysis and effective talent measurement techniques to profile jobs
· Interpret data to produce tools and process to attract and select the right talent
· Produce onboarding plans that align with specifications to decrease time to proficiency
· Produce powerful Individual Development Plans to help improve the current talent from both a culture and metric perspective
· Ability to measure current talent through 360’s, performance reviews and other third-party tools
Power the best candidate experience in the industry to ensure we are attracting and selecting the best fit. Ensure the hiring managers expectations are exceeded and provide meaningful feedback and tools to help them select the next best U.S. Xpress employee!

What We’re Looking For:
Education
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
Experience
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dynamic Human Resource or Talent Management professional/leader. Experience in the transportation industry a plus.
Skills/Certifications
· Must have good analytical skills and the ability to make decisions under time constraints.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and CSA Guidelines helpful.
· PHR/SPHR preferred.
