Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Materials Manager this position will be responsible for receiving all SAP ordered items in a timely and correct manner. Maintaining correct paperwork and understanding batch managed materials is critical to the success of this position. The employee must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once. This is a high visibility position that has impact on many areas of operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Receiving primary, secondary, and raw materials into SAP that deliver into the plant or any contracted warehouses. 2. Maintaining accurate shipping paperwork, Certificate of Analysis, driver information, and any other receiving information that will comply with all Kraft Foods standards. 3. Manage all discrepancies that may arise in the receiving process. 4. Maintain Employee Food Safety Awareness. 5. Flexibility to work all hours and weekends as necessary. 6. Performs other duties as assigned This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Understand and follow company and site policies and procedures on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hold Tags, HACCP, USDA, Foreign Objects, Safety and Security.
