Provides pharmaceutical care services, training and support to the staff, patients and physicians of CFHA. Is involved in various activities that include, but not limited to, patient care rounding, participation on quality improvement teams, focus on core quality measures, and drug use evaluations. Attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings, adverse drug reaction reporting and follow-up, formulary maintenance, one-on-one physician engagement, general oversight of Sentri7/Quantifi and supporting organizational goals.

- Valid Florida Pharmacist license
