What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wrestling Coach position at UFC GYM LANCASTER?
The UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) Wrestling Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. The coach is responsible for the successful delivery of Group Classes to adult members (14 yrs old). Evening and/or weekend schedules available. This is a part-time position, 2-3 hrs per week, plus personal training opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Execution on Key Metrics
- Conduct Private & Small Group Training with members.
- Conduct Private & Small Group Training with members.
- Assist members and encourage group involvement in private training.
Member Experience
- Conduct safe and effective private training sessions
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces always
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Multi-year experience instructing and working with multi-level students.
- Ability to guide and educate members on all related programs and expectations.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Extroverted/Self motivator/Customer service minded
Salary : $36,600 - $46,300
