Radiologic Technologist With OR, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Radiologic Technologist With OR to join our WMC Radiology department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift: Rotational Hours per week: 24 Salary range: $26.13 - $40.53 per hour, depending on experience. Radiologic Technologist With OR / Overview Ensures that the evaluation of Radiology procedures, equipment and staff are administered in a fashion that is accurate, timely, responsive and reliable. Customers served include UHSH employees, Medical Staff, patients and regulatory agencies. Priority will be given to activities that directly affect customer service. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Education/Experience Minimum Required: Associates Degree in Science in Radiologic Technology License/Certification Minimum Required: New York license as Radiologic Technologist or elgible. Obtain CPR Certification within first three months of hire. Work Environment Work is performed in the department which consists of many rooms. These rooms are air conditioned as well as heated, areas are occasionally subject to fumes. Work may also be done portable in patient rooms, operating rooms or Emergency Department. Delivery of services to patients is through the use of radiation to produce images for physician readings.
