We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Director of Risk Management who will be responsible for the overall risk factors that come into play at Talbott Recovery Campus. The Director of Risk Manager has a broad responsibility to ensure the quality of patient care and protect the facility’s assets from loss. The Director of RM is responsible for coordinating the loss control efforts and advising management and administration on all potential sources of loss and for making recommendations to minimize or eliminate exposure. The structure and functions of the Quality Improvement and Risk Management Programs are designed so as to comply with guidelines and standards of the Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or other mental health related program.
Experience: Five (5) years clinical experience in a behavioral health facility with knowledge of high risk areas preferred. Three (3) years’ management experience preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of facility operations, risk identification, assessment and reduction and claims management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
