The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a HRIS Analyst to support the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function for the company by providing support, education, and training to the system users.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provides daily support for HRIS end users to troubleshoot routine and moderately complex problems as they relate to HRIS related systems and processes
- Develops queries and reports as needed using tools such as Lawson Microsoft Add-ins and Crystal reports Assists with HRIS projects, such as supporting the data conversion for new acquisitions and other ad hoc project related tasks, serving as a liaison between
- HR, IT and Payroll Uploads mass information into HRIS system with company-wide impact including merit increases, certifications, competencies, and performance ratings
- Conducts routine audits to improve data integrity Supports testing for system issues, enhancements and process improvements Provides formal and informal training and consultation for end-users.
- Maintains training materials and general communication. Assists with set up of training, user access and training material updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Must have functional knowledge of all HR and Benefits related practices
- Strong reporting skills and experience with manipulating large volumes of data
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Minimal travel required
