Position Title Clinical Nurse (RN) Telemetry - Weekend Premium Pay Bell Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: Earn more just by working weekends! Units: BH 41 and BH 42 Shifts: Days and Nights Available We currently have an opening for Clinical Nurse II for both full time and part time weekend shifts in our acute care units. We have opportunities available for both Days and Night shifts. The premium pay program incentivizes employees to work weekends and ensure we are able to provide the highest quality care for our patients. The premium pay program is an additional hourly incentive for those who sign up for a 12 month weekend contract. Responsibilities • Provides professional nursing care through assessment and accurate documentation, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for the comfort and well-being of patients • Carries out a plan of care specific to unit competencies for the target patient population • Coordinates care delivery and education through collaboration with patient, family and all health care team providers to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care • Follows organizational policies in providing safe patient care Requirements: • BSN preferred, minimum requirement is ADN with 2 years or more of experience and must complete BSN within 5 years of hire • Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas or eligible required • BLS Certification required • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required We are a top 25 employer in the metro area offering a wide array of career opportunities within our organization. This fast paced 20 bed medical telemetry unit provides advanced and specialized care to patients with a variety of medical conditions including renal failure, liver failure, respiratory complications, infections and many other diagnoses that may require continuous cardiac monitoring. The Clinical Nurse provides professional nursing care through assessment and accurate documentation, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for the comfort and well-being of patients.
