Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, fostering a welcoming environment, and contributing to their successful integration into the company.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed.
• Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Facilities, etc.) to set up workstations, email accounts, and access credentials.
• Deliver engaging orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and benefits.
