Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, batching, and importing data into the accounting system.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Coordinate with branch locations to collect and verify financial documentation, ensuring timely and complete submission of data.
Respond to inquiries from branch staff, providing support and resolving accounting-related issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help standardize accounting procedures across all branches.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies.
Collaborate with branch teams to monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
