Job Overview:
Ultra Cryo & Recovery is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant (Injection Specialist) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering injections, educating clients on all services offered, and contributing to revenue goals through sales and upselling techniques.
This position is for our brand-new location scheduled to open in early spring!!

Duties:
Ø Administer injections to clients as per prescribed protocols and guidelines.
Ø Educate clients on the benefits and procedures of all services offered, including cryotherapy, recovery treatments, and other wellness services.
Ø Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatment options based on their individual needs and goals.
Ø Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Ø Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
Ø Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals through sales and upselling of additional services and packages.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and advancements in technology related to cryotherapy and wellness services.
Ø Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
Ø Previous experience administering injections and working in a medical or wellness setting is highly desirable.
Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively.
Ø Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
Ø Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ø Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
Ø CPR certification preferred.
Ø Flexibility to work until 6 pm and Half day Saturdays as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical or spa setting.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Detail oriented, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Natural ability to build trust with team.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
