- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and manage systems for appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing.

Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff.

Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, including revenue and expenses.
- Collaborate with finance and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Patient Relations:
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences through effective communication and customer service.
- Address patient concerns and complaints, seeking resolutions in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain patient satisfaction initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure the clinic's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues or concerns.

- Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.

Associate's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.

Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Certification in healthcare management or related field is a plus.
