POSITION SUMMARY

Perform receptionist duties at the front desk to include meeting and greeting members, answering the telephone and relaying messages; keep records of front desk activities, order linen and clerical supplies, clean front desk area, and other clerical duties associated with the front desk activities. Supervise members' children ranging in age from six months to seven years in the child care area as assigned. Provide activities appropriate to the age of the children.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Required:

High school diploma with emphasis in secretarial skills.

CPR Certification required.

Preferred:
-
Associate Degree in Secretarial Science is preferred.

Previous experience as a receptionist's preferred.

Child care experience as well.
