Unicoi State Park & Lodge is one of Georgia's premier state parks located within the north Georgia mountains in the quaint town of Helen.

We currently have an immediate opening for Visitor Center Attendant
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Park Manager, this position provides customer information and service, monitors activity, collect fees for Unicoi State Park and Lodge by performing the following duties.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Essential Functions:
- Greets arriving guests
- Answers inquiries pertaining to park services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
- Issue camping slots to Guests
- Keep record of Guest accounts
- Make and confirm reservations for Guests
- Present statements and collect payments from Guests
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems.
