Lead a team of recruiters, partner closely with executive leadership, and advise on talent strategies that drive rapid growth, especially in clinical, corporate, and healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for complex mid to senior-level roles, including corporate, clinical and specialty teams. This involves collaborating from the initial strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters. Fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and execute scalable sourcing and recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, hiring managers, HR Business partners to understand business needs and workforce planning.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to optimize processes, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence within healthcare. Provide data-driven insights to inform talent strategies.
- Enhance our employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP) in partnership with marketing and HR, identifying opportunities to attract top talent and strengthen our market presence.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms as needed, ensuring effective partnerships and optimal return on investment.
- Lead implementation and optimization of recruiting tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms).
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory hiring requirements in healthcare.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, aligning with industry best practices and Unified’s values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven success managing talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, preferably in women’s healthcare.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR, preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR)
- Expertise in leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms, including iCIMS (preferred) ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM tools, specialty job boards, and professional networks.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and align with C-level executives and business partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
