As a Guest Experience Director, you'll recruit, equip and pastor Campus Dream Team Coaches and Team Leaders in reaching their full potential. You'll get to create, establish and maintain campus-specific and global strategies as the team grows to ensure culture and vision of Union Church is preserved all while keeping up with the church calendar and tempo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams, who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence.
- You’ll oversee the following teams: host, greeters, parking, safety, prayer, stewardship, and events
MUST-HAVES
- High-level communication and relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Management experience
- Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite

Union Church offers a generous compensation package. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
