Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Shift: PRN/Saturdays
Job Purpose
Performs Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines. Willing to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, on-call and call-back.

Minimum Education Required
- Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT)or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Must meet Licensure requirements.
- 1 or more years
- Registered nuclear technologist with either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (Nuclear) ARRT (N) or the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB-CNMT).
- ACLS/ BLS Certified
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of radiation safety guidelines and radiopharmaceuticals as needed to perform and process Nuclear Medicine examinations.
