What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Unique Cleaning?
Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of a Janitor to serve one of our clients in Greenville, SC. The successful candidate will maintain building in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with candidates that are detail and service oriented.
Duties:
- Clean and service restrooms and patient care areas.
- Clean, sweep, dry mop, buff scrub, strip and wax floors.
- Dust and empty trash containers.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year commercial janitorial experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
- Background check required that includes fingerprinting.
- Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
$11.00 hourly plus benefits!
