Job Summary:

We are a growing private orthodontic practice with several locations in Fresno and the greater Central Valley and we are now hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. Must be an energetic individual with an upbeat personality who loves to smile and can help create a kind and caring environment for our patients and their families.
- Responsible for creating a positive new patient visit experience, from a patient’s first call to our office, to the initial office consultation visit
- Increase office revenue through efficient time management skills
- Foster an environment with excellent customer service, and innovative patient retention tactics
- Ability to present orthodontic cases using latest technologies
- Willing to always improve techniques to bring more advancements to the position
- Able to be a team player and to work closely with management for reporting and follow-up on cases
Required:
- Must have at least one year of dental or orthodontic treatment coordinator experience
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must be computer literate
- Able to present financial arrangements
- Prefer bilingual Spanish and English
- Able to work some Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
