What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant position at United and Empowered?
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $500!
- $250 after 90 days
- Additional $250 after 6 months
Hourly rate starts at $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Typical Day:
- Receiving all monthly paperwork for the client files by the 5th each month.
- Prepare a report of missing documentation to be given to the Quality Control Assistant.
- Monitor and evaluate program documentation for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and signatures.
- Assist with completion of routine file audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Assist with purging files ordering office supplies & picking up supplies.
- Assist in preparing for licensing reviews, accreditations, and external audits.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- and any other duties necessary to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Knowledge & Skills:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED and some college and or experience in administrative work.
Experience:
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite, and Power Point
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
Other requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of a criminal history and child registry background.
