SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, pipeline, and screen both passive and active candidates for open roles. This position is responsible for supporting the candidate experience by scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Human Resources team with general administrative tasks and projects as needed to support overall team objectives.
POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position to be located at our Murfreesboro, TN, location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.
- Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with scheduling and coordinating on-site interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
- Source both passive and active candidates for open positions using recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Attend career fairs, and networking events to source passive and active candidates for open job requisitions.
- Determine applicant qualifications against requirements, as well as culture fit by conducting initial phone interviews.
- Post and update job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and consistency across all postings.
- Support the Talent Acquisition and broader HR team by assisting with various administrative and recruiting-related projects as needed.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Position Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or coordination role.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is preferred.
