  • As an additional benefit for our Rostered Clinicians, we provide the required 100 hours of clinical supervision toward licensure, free of charge. Based on the current hourly rate of clinical supervision and the number of hours required, this benefit is valued at approximately $10,000.
To provide clinical social work services to families and children with intensive need. To provide services with a home based family centered approach in multiple settings.Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work or related degree with some experience providing counseling and case management services to families and children.
  • Licensure, or on track for licensure, in Vermont as a Social Worker, Psychologist or Mental Health Professional.
  • Valid Driver's License

Requirements

DIRECT CLINICAL SERVICES: Provides assessment and counseling to children, families and/or groups with behavioral and/or emotional mental health needs. Services will be provided in the home, school or office as needed. Facilitates referrals and communication between agencies for other services on behalf of the child. Attends team meetings to plan and monitor services. Provides case management, collateral contact and social support, as needed. Will provide a shift or two a month on the centralized intake team.

CASE MANAGEMENT & SERVICE COORDINATION: Makes home visits to support families, as needed. Facilitates communication between agencies on behalf of the child. Attends team meetings to plan and monitor services. Provides case management, and/or coordinates with the assigned case manager.

CONSULTATION/EDUCATION SERVICES: Provides consultation services to teachers , community partners, and school personnel, as needed. Consultation can be educational or evaluative. Also provides consultation and support to staff.

CLINICAL RECORD-KEEPING: Initiates and maintains, in a timely and thorough manner, the wide variety of record keeping and administrative documentation required to account for services provided to consumers – including, but not limited to, consumer specific assessments, case services, progress notes, time sheets, schedules, billing reports to third party payers and assigned periodic reports. Follows all UCS record-keeping procedures and performs other duties as necessary.

ADMINISTRATIVE: Attends all UCS and community meetings necessary to promote coordination and communication.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,910
