Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of high-quality windows and doors on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and works well in a team environment.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret shop drawings and written specificationsReceive, distribute, assemble, and install windows and doorsMaintain and repair windows and doors from previous projectsCollaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and general contractorsUse job-specific tools for assembly, installation, maintenance, and repairsInspect rough openings, waterproofing, and delivered materials; report any deficienciesMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly jobsitePerform daily cleanup at the end of each workdayAccurately manage time clock responsibilities (clocking in/out for jobs and breaks)Work efficiently with other installation team membersMaintain a positive, professional, and motivated attitude at all timesClimb ladders and safely use lifting devices as neededLift and carry materials weighing up to 50 poundsRequirements & QualificationsProven experience installing windows, doors, or curtain wall systemsAbility to accurately measure and verify rough openingsAbility to inspect waterproofing completed by others and approve openings for installationWillingness and ability to travel within California and out of state on a regular basisOSHA 10-Hour Certification requiredC-17 Glazing License strongly preferredForklift certification is a plus Company DescriptionAt United Employment Solutions, we are a rapidly growing team that prioritizes quality over quantity in every aspect of our business.
