Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care.
- Ensure a sterile field is maintained during surgical procedures.
- Administer medications and anesthesia under the direction of the surgeon.
- Assist with surgical instrument counts and ensure proper handling of specimens.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a positive patient experience.
This is a Full-Time position with a schedule that does not include nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Required Skills
- Current RN license in Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of operating room experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current standards and practices in perioperative nursing.
