Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator at Surgi-Center of Central VA:

• The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the cases
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
  
  

Licensure/Certification:

• Current RN unrestricted VA license
• BLS Required
• ACLS
  
  

Required Experience:

• Recent experience in the operating room or perioperative nursing.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile field maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure surgical situations.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety.
