The Specialist, Event Production is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of special events hosted by United Way for Southeastern Michigan. This includes in-person and virtual events focused on a variety of objectives including donor stewardship, fundraising, fostering affinity groups, brand building, and community engagement.
Under the guidance of the Director, Event Operations & Virtual Experience, the Specialist will assist with coordinating event staff, vendors, and volunteer event committees to ensure events are successful and contribute to advancing United Way's mission in the community. These may be on-site events, off-site events (in the community), and may be outside of traditional office hours.
