What does a Specialist, Event Production do?
As a Specialist in Event Production at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of nonprofit events focused on human services. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to collaborate with various teams to develop event concepts, manage logistics, and oversee production to ensure smooth operations. Your schedule will primarily fall within core hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, be prepared for extensive regional travel, as you will need to attend events and engage with stakeholders across various locations. Frequently, your evenings and weekends may be occupied by events, requiring flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
