We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for our rapidly growing Brooklyn and Queens, NY market representing a critical part of our care delivery team.

Our company is dedicated to healing wounds and employs a unique multi-disciplinary model across care environments. You’ll be responsible primarily for seeing patients in their homes in your respective area. We are on the cutting edge of the wound care discipline, utilizing advanced techniques including artificial, stem-cell and growth factor skin substitutes which you’ll support assessment, staging and preparation of the patient in the comfort of the patient’s home.

You must be willing to be trained in advanced skin substitute and debridement techniques. You’ll be supported by a regional clinical and operations team backed national clinical leadership who will oversee cases and assure extraordinary clinical quality.

This position has a very strong compensation model for the right candidate. Industry standard with high incentives for performance.

Qualifications for this position

• APRN Licensure in New York
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Ability to and willingness to travel, treating patients in their homes (Brooklyn and Queens, NY).
• Experience in Wound Care a plus.
• Experience in Debridement a plus.
