QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of four years of experience providing employment related supports and services required, Associates degree in a relevant field and two years of experience providing employment support and services preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with employers to support persons served on job sites. Demonstrated commitment, sensitivity and creativity in working with individuals who are diagnosed with Mental Illness, Developmental Disabilities, or Substance Use Disorders. Demonstrated computer competency. Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in a changing environment, be flexible and demonstrate knowledge of and ability to work with internal/external stakeholders. Valid NYS Drivers License in accordance with Agency policies; ability to travel.
Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Grade 12 Hourly: $20.34 - $24.42
Salary : $20 - $24
