What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician; 0.2FTE; Day/PM Shift position at UnityPoint Health?
The Pharmacy Technician supports the operation of the Pharmacy by performing the technical aspects of filling prescriptions (sterile products preparation, prescription processing, controlled substance distribution, record keeping, ordering, and inventory delivery of pharmaceuticals/supplies). The technician will also be responsible for maintaining high personal standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications Include:~High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications include:
~Graduate of a pharmacy technician training program preferred, and/or pharmacy technician certification.
~Previous inpatient pharmacy experience.
~Multilingual abilities.
