Universal Logistics Holdings, a leader in LTL (less-than-truckload) transportation for more than 90 years, is currently seeking a Facility Driver Recruiter. We are in search of an experienced, systems savvy individual who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Please note that this is an IN-PERSON role, located at our facility in Clearfield, UT.
As a Driver Recruiter, you must have excellent attendance and be able to work a 7:30am-5:30pm shift Monday through Friday. Our Recruiters have superior people skills and are able to handle a variety of scenarios with the ability to think on their feet.

Essential Functions:
- Seeking out and identifying owner-operator, company driver, and warehousing candidates for our Facility Operations
- Working through the sign-on process for potential hires
- Communicating with corporate departments to ensure candidates meet eligibility requirements
- Participation with social media groups, online job boards, and local industry events geared toward specific openings
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day
- Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific systems
- Prior recruiting in transportation or logistics preferred
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
