Job Purpose:
Perform a variety of tasks to ensure a quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility that exceeds our customer/clients expectations. Team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts (if needed).
Principal Responsibilities:
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces.
- Control traffic at entrances, exits, and/or on an assigned level of the parking deck, as needed.
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary
- Safety First! Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able and willing to working outside in all elements (heat, rain, cold).
