Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the staff, budgets, and operations within the Charlotte market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, managing teams, and establishing policies that align with company goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, confident decision-maker, and thoughtful leader who can inspire productivity and ensure client satisfaction, driving our company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and maintain financial health
- Set and enforce policies and processes to ensure operational excellence
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate employees to foster professional development and productivity
- Assess and enhance operational and financial performance
- Prepare and review monthly client reports, maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure locations adhere to company standards in appearance and service quality
- Direct the employee assessment and performance review process
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Identify and resolve operational issues, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, or competitive pressures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar management role
- Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and operations management
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred

Qualifications
Salary : $115,000 - $120,000
