The Sr. Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable sales growth to new customers within a designated territory. This includes developing and keeping current on all assigned products in addition to learning and following the Wolters Kluwer sales methodology/processes. Essential Duties and responsibilities Achieves or exceeds assigned sales targets Meets and exceeds weekly activity metrics Documents all activity in CRM system Develops and maintains strong knowledge of full portfolio of assigned products, and general knowledge of all TAA NA software offerings Maintains general knowledge of competitive solutions Builds and fosters on-going relationships with existing customers to add value and advance sales Articulates value proposition of TAA NA Identifies scope of opportunities within prospect (and customer) business structure Applies sales process and methods to present solutions to prospects, overcome objections and use persuasive selling techniques to close sales Maintains accurate forecasting and current status of pipeline within CRM system Assesses pipeline and reprioritizes sales activity as necessary to ensure monthly quotas can be met Engages Solutions Design to provide pre-sales support as needed for demos and technical questions Implements and executes territory planning to optimize performance against quota Execute in depth sales cycle incorporating solution sets with multifaceted components Other Duties Validate segmentation of prospects and route prospects that are outside of assigned segment or territory to the appropriate sales representative. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years sales experience Experience Required: Two years of inside sales B2B experience using consultative selling techniques Experience using formal sales methodology such as Miller-Heiman, Challenger, SPIN etc. Proven track record of quota achievement Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Computer literacy to include Microsoft office products, internet research tools and comfort with CRM systems such as SalesForce.com, SteelBrick, etc. Ability to work flexible hours based on territory Preferred Experience: Experience selling solutions requiring in depth sales stages across multifaceted solution components Experience with or understanding of tax office operations, tax-related rules, regulations and processes used within the professional tax preparation industry Experience selling SaaS solutions Travel requirements Minimal travel required for internal sales meetings and trade shows Physical Demands • Normal office environment About Us Wolters Kluwer is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for clinicians, nurses, accountants, lawyers, and tax, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory sectors.
