Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns to supervisory staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure the highest quality of service.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain client confidentiality.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
