Department: Admissions Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with prospective students and their families, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, and other assignments as designated. This position is governed by state and federal laws, as well as, agency/institution policy. Qualifications: Required Education and/or Experience: The formal education is equivalent to a high school diploma or GED; Two (2) years of experience in customer service, admissions/recruitment, or related field. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate staff member if necessary and/or document all messages; Assist students with admission, onboarding, and next steps questions via phone and email; Assist with customer service departmental goals by supporting other employees and/or student workers when needed; Provide logistical support for event planning, implementation, and assessment when needed; Complete project tasks lists in a timely and precise manner; Process incoming and outgoing mail; Assist with data entry, imaging, and electronic filing utilizing proprietary databases; Pick up/deliver documents to UA Little Rock personnel on campus as needed; Perform other duties as assigned.
