Duties
- Greets and directs guests
- Answers/routes calls to the appropriate staff
- Assists with copying, faxing, filing, scanning, mailings, and data entry
- Makes inter-campus deliveries
- Other job-related duties as assigned

- Must dress professionally and have good writing and communication skills
- Must possess good computer skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be a dependable self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly confidential area office environment
