Position Summary
The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in supporting clinical research by leading participant recruitment and community outreach initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals for clinical trials. These may include conducting community outreach activities, building partnerships with local organizations, and a strong emphasis on building trust and awareness in our program and expanding the reach of our program across North Carolina communities.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
