This position will support the HEAL and Narrative Medicine programs (MS and Graduate Certificate) and co-curricular HEAL programming and activities, including Art and Medicine, Lunch and Learn, and Visions and Voices. - Coordinates the planning and execution for HEAL and Narrative Medicine activities
- Provides administrative support to the HEAL and Narrative Medicine programs
- Assists with preparing routine communication items: newsletters, flyers, invitations, and other correspondence
- Administers department recruitment calendar. Monitors schedules, production and distribution arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion and quality control of recruitment activities and publications.
- Writes and/or edits copy for department projects such as publications, advertisements, press releases, announcements, etc.
- Assists in market research
