Job Summary
The Office Assistant will provide routine office support for staff and faculty. The ideal candidate will be very familiar with Excel. The ability to work independently following training and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
1. Answers departments main phone line, and provides general information. 2. Receives, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. 3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software systems. 4. Ability to take initiative and work independently. 5. Helps with additional clerical and office support duties as needed. 6.
